Providing a safe, supportive space for personal growth, resilience, and lasting well-being.
I’m glad you’re here. Whether you have arrived here for yourself or for someone else, it is already evidence of positive change. I believe that creativity, be it through art, writing, discussion, or reflection, is a powerful tool for healing, growth, and self-discovery. In our sessions, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can navigate life’s challenges and find your inner strength. This is your journey, and I'm here to create a safe space for you to express yourself freely, without pressure or perfectionism.
Art therapy understands that creativity is innate to being human, and is essential to the healing process. Through creative expression, we unlock what lies deep within us, in our bodies, our unconscious minds, or our personal histories. This process can bring new clarity, insight, and meaning to our lives. Whether there is a specific topic to work through or just a general sense of wanting something to change, I’m here to support you with curiosity and compassion. Strength through vulnerability can be built together. No visual art experience is necessary.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed and person-centered care, integrating techniques such as nervous system regulation (Polyvagal Theory), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and attachment-based methods. I also draw on systemic, bio-psychosocial, and psychodynamic perspectives to provide a comprehensive and flexible framework tailored to each individual. I work with young adults, adults, teens, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, creating a welcoming space for all who seek support.
